Your front desk, on one screen.
Arrivals, housekeeping, room service and the guest bill — the whole hotel day in one place, from check-in to a settled bill at checkout.
Built for 8–60 room hotels, guesthouses and serviced apartments.
This is your hotel from 7am to checkout.
Every step below is running in Nookpal today. Nothing here is on a roadmap.
- 07:00
Housekeeping picks up the board
HousekeepingLast night's checkouts are already marked Dirty. Rooms are assigned by cleaner, and each one advances Dirty → Cleaning → Inspect from their own phone — no login, no app, no seat to pay for.
- 11:00
Departures settle and rooms turn
Front deskCheckout closes the guest's bill into a numbered invoice or receipt. The room drops to Dirty the moment the guest leaves, so the board is never guesswork.
- 14:00
Arrivals check in
Front deskToday's arrivals, in-house guests and departures sit on one screen. Check in, capture the guest register, take a walk-in, or move someone to another room with the conflict check already done.
- 20:30
Room service goes on the bill
F&BThe bar sends two Star and a jollof to room 204. It is charged to the room at your menu price and lands on that stay's bill immediately — not on a chit that goes missing before morning.
- Checkout
One bill, nothing lost
Guest billRoom nights, incidentals, food and drink, deposits already paid — one running bill per stay, settled into an invoice or receipt at the desk. What was consumed is what gets charged.
Three surfaces that carry the whole operation.

Status is a property of the room, not a note in someone's head. Group the board by status or by cleaner.
Waiting for front-desk check
Cleaners work from a link
A private link per staff member. No account, no password, no guest details on the page.

Nothing walks out unrecorded
Room nights, food, drink and incidentals on one running bill, settled into a numbered receipt at checkout.
Your cleaners don't need logins.
The people who turn your rooms are the least likely to have a work email. So the software doesn't ask for one.
No account to create
You add a cleaner to the staff list and hand them a link. That is the whole setup. Nobody is waiting on an email invite or resetting a password at 7am.
No guest details on the page
The cleaner's link shows rooms and status. It carries no guest name, no phone number, no booking. The link is scoped to that staff member and can be revoked.
Works on the phone they already have
It is a web page, not an app to install. Tap the room, tap the status, done — Dirty to Cleaning to Inspect.
The inspection gate stays with you
A cleaner can mark a room ready for inspection. Only the dashboard can call it Ready, so nobody self-certifies a room back into service.
What hotel operators said after seeing it.
Reactions from operators we walked through the product — not customer reviews.
“The program looks very simple to use. I can't wait to show it to my staff and get them set up”
“I am excited about using Nookpal for my Hotel business. I have used it for my shortlet business and it has worked magic for me”
Designed around how Nigerian hotels actually run.
Not a foreign PMS with a currency setting changed.
Naira, on the bill
Room rates, F&B, incidentals and deposits all in naira. Receipts and invoices your accountant will accept.
Staff without email addresses
Housekeeping works from a link on a personal phone. No corporate accounts to buy or manage.
WhatsApp is where guests are
Guest messages launch straight into WhatsApp from the booking, because that is how the conversation actually happens here.
Loss prevention built in
Room condition is recorded at check-in and shown to the guest, who can object — so a missing kettle is a record rather than an argument.
The guest register
Capture ID and guest details at check-in, kept against the stay.
Roles your team actually has
Front desk, housekeeping and manager see different things. A cleaner cannot open your revenue.
Most hotels here run on paper, a spreadsheet, or a PC in the back office.
Here is what changes.

A short walkthrough on your own rooms and rates — front desk, housekeeping and the guest bill. No pitch deck.
- What happens to the bookings I already have?
- They come with you. Existing reservations — including ones still to arrive — import from a spreadsheet, and we walk through it with you on the call rather than leaving you to it.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on the size of the property, so we'd rather quote you properly than post a number that doesn't fit your hotel. We'll cover it on the call.
